Photo features switch on together with our parental photo-consent tools, so every image shared has a consent record behind it. Until then, photos are off by default. Everything else works fully. Parents can add their own child’s profile photo at any time.

The software is free for your nursery — every feature, every update, no tiers and no subscriptions. Our only revenue is a small convenience fee on online payments, in GBP. In the United Kingdom, consumer-protection rules mean this fee is billed to your organisation rather than added to what parents pay — parents always pay exactly the invoice amount.
